Aunt Julia & Uncle Peter (my mom's brother) visited our family from Albuerque, New Mexico for 3 weeks. They just left this past week, but before they left my mom made a big dinner of roll ups (beef wrapped around bacon & onion), sooo good. She & the girls also made an apple pie.
